A Message from Big George

I can’t say it enough…..THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the loss of Georgie over the the past months.  I am beyond grateful and as I struggle to come to peace about this tragedy. I can’t stress how much love that everyone has given me which has humbled me. This has really helped the healing process from prayers, gifts donations to a simple text message which means the world to me and our extended family who were affected by the sudden loss of Georgie.  I still cry everyday as do many of his closest friends and family.  I will do my best, together we will get through this and with this charity, we will keep Georgie going for years to come.  I know he is here with us and together we can continue to share his love with the world.

Georgie was a beacon of light his whole life. Everywhere he would go he would spread laughter and joy to everyone in his presence. He knew how to cheer anyone up no matter how down they were feeling. He was a special kid, and everyone that knew him would agree that he was a very positive and memorable part of their life. Georgie was a three-sport athlete playing soccer, football, and baseball during his time at Archbishop Ryan. He committed to Chestnut Hill College to play football. He had a bright future ahead of him. He loved his friends and family so deeply and was such a caring person. Georgie tragically passed away due to viral meningitis on April 23, 2020 at the age of 18. He will continue to live on in memories, stories, and in our hearts forever.
We love you Georgie.
